Alexander Karpeev‘s teaching experience spans over two decades and includes teaching in Junior Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Junior Guildhall School of music & Drama, Wycombe Abbey School, Benenden School, Bedford Girls School and King’s College Wimbledon, as well as on holiday music courses in the UK, and masterclasses in the USA, Russia and Canada.

Alexander is a graduate of the Moscow Conservatory, Guildhall School of Music & Drama and City, University of London. Today, he is active as a performer, researcher, adjudicator and a recording artist.

His pupils have always successfully passed the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music Grade examinations, up to and including DipABRSM. In addition, they have won prizes at many regional competitions including Richmond upon Thames Performing Arts Festival, Maidstone Music Festival, Around the Globe Piano Music Festival, Ealing Festival of Music, Dance and Speech, North London Festival Music, Drama and Dance, West London Pianoforte Festival and King’s College School’s ‘Young Musician of the year’. Several of his students were offered places at the Junior Departments of the Royal Academy of Music and Royal College of Music.
